He is a German-born and American Diplomat, Geopolitical Consultant, and a Politician. From 1923 through to the year 1969-1973 respectively, he was then working and serving as the U.S. National Security Advisor under the leadership and ruling of then, Presidential Administrations of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

I think Kissinger was the first to write a paper while working at a ‘Think Tank’ in the late 60’s that population control would at some point be necessary to sustain man vs. resources.

I believe he is still alive. At least I don't recall hearing of his death and I know a couple people on each side of bemoaning and celebrating Kissinger's death.
