Hammer, trigger, hinge. Have they gone back to mil-spec? Or are they still using the Colt only stuff.

When Colt did that, plus other business decisions, especially concerning civilians, I turned away. They could be back to standard for a while & I just didn't know.

Some comments about them lately have peaked my interest.

Colt has been using standard sized pins since around 2009.

As for the reason they put in the sear block and the bigger pins, they were trying to get around a ban on the guns. At the time it was presumed by the anti's that one could just file something down and make a machine gun so they didn't need to be available to the lowly citizens like us. Colt put in these extra measures to be able to keep civilian sales alive but that didn't help and pissed a lot of gun owners off.

Colt's are GTG, even the new CZ owned Colt's.

Thanks TWR.

As far as them being GTG now that CZ owns them hasn't had me worried much there. I think CZ makes good stuff.
