Found this out when trying to get what I really need and wanted to include pics.: Assembling Boss 27 Ton log splitter. There are red plastic inserts in the unattatched ends of the 2 hydrawlic lines, and one on the port at the bottom of the pump. The other port was open. But then it was missing a k-pin("spring pin"' for the swivel, also... They look like shipping plugs to me, but I'm not taking them out until I know they aren't seals. Of course they are closed for the day, and who knows when I'll get an e-mail answer back from them. No reference at all to them in the instructions or on-line. Anyone among you know, for sure? The only true cost of having a dog is its death.
