I’m with ya on sober Oct. I dropped the beer drinking two weeks back, trying to loose weight. Realized real quick how much money I’m saving when I go to the grocery story. Also feel a lot better. Also getting a lot more done. Along with going to the gym a lot more.

No alcohol, weed, cocaine, opioid based products, or sleeping meds. Tobacco and caffeine allowed. I'm out then. No doubt! I love autumn and October is one of my most favorite months so I have no desire to ruin it by attempting the impossible, it’s setting myself up for failure right outta the gate. In reality I don’t drink like I used to. I’ll go out after trap shooting on Tuesdays for a few beers with my buddy or occasionally sit around with the neighbors for a few++ drinks. My daily half rack hasn’t happened for 10 years now and I feel a lot better in the mornings. One of the benefits of drinking occasionally versus daily is that I don’t have to drink nearly as much as I used to in order to get a good beer buzz going but whiskey is the same, I can drink it like water until I walk into the wall.😂
