With regard to the ATF and their position on pistol stabilizing braces .....
They also function perfectly fine on a rifle , how can they assume just because someone purchased one , that it is affixed to a pistol, that they once declared was legal, and not a rifle, on which its perfectly legal?
Isnt this an assumption of guilt which violates both the 5th and 14th Amendments having to do with Due Process?
