Bought this 20 gauge NIB at an auction.
Swapped the fore end to the Streamlight one w/built in light.
I never tried it before that.
Now it will cycle but the fingers that hold the shells in the magazine don't release the shell from the magazine.
Help please !

Start at about 22:00 minutes. I'd guess the left shell stop is the problem.

Thanks, watched it several times. have had the gun apart a dozen times.
Found one of the action bars had a twist in it. Fixed that and it cycles better.
HOWEVER, with 3 in the magazine it will not feed, with 2 it will not, with ONE IT WILL.
Guessing the magazine spring is pushing the shells back so hard the shell finger is not working.
So I took it apart again cleaned and checked everything, reassembled and now it won't feed at all.
Understanding why it was at a NIB auction !
Looks like back to Remington !

Brute force is NOT required to remove the action bar/fore end from the receiver.
If & when brute force is used the shell catch lever(s) get distorted/bent.
Does the carrier/shell lifter function properly?
