Threaded for suppressor or brake. 1:10" twist will be useful for subsonic loads as well as supersonic VLD-pointy-long-bullet loads. Will compare 24" MV of supersonic/max loads to MV from a 16.9"-barreled (Pac-Nor 1:10") .458 B&M+ M70 Classic (WSM action) which cartridge has same case capacity and throat as the .458 WM.
