Great stuff Guys ! Went to Toronto for the weekend to visit friends. Working from home today so I'm rustling up dinner with friends tonight.
Friday fish night.
Baked wild BC salmon, salmon candy, smoked coho, plus a shrimp wheel, parsley pesto pasta, Greek Salad, Caesar salad and pumpkin tarts for dessert.

Aaaand while prepping the Greek salad, I found out the English cucumber we had was bad. So, I ran out to the store to get another. We’d gone grocery shopping yesterday so didn’t need anything else, but I decided to grab a can of whipped cream as I’m not sure we’ll have enough.
As I’m walking to the cash register, I’m knowing exactly what this looks like. Sure enough, the young cashier cocks her head, smiles and says “That’s an interesting combination!”
