A squadron RIO and I took an F-4 to Kim Hae, Korea around ‘81 for some rework and modifications. Our flight back to Atsugi was the next day so we spent the night at a small military compound. We went to the Club for a couple of beers and the beertender put a Gallagher tape in the VCR. It wasn’t long before we were laughing our butts off. As usual, he was hysterical, starting slow and eventually taking on the watermelon🍉. My sides hurt the next AM and it wasn’t from the beer. RIP
