The Republicans snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory. Support stupid policy and ideology, win stupid prizes. Trump and the event of 6 Jan allowed Democrats to pull out a win from what should have been crushing defeat. Trump is doing wonderful job recruiting Democratic voters and making them come out in record numbers.

Odd that it's an off-year election when, historically, things go precisely the opposite, even when conditions aren't bad. Add that to the utter destruction of our nation that's occurred in the last two years under Democrat control, and the polls overwhelmingly opposed to the Democrats, and it just doesn't add up.

It doesn't add up, because the Democrats are cheating. Either by allegedly "legal" means like mail in, early voting, no ID, or by manipulating counts, or by tossing Republican votes. They have had enough power to stack the deck for their benefit. How the hell can anyone with a brain vote to continue the policies in place right now? The voters are also kinda stupid. That helps a lot.
