The doctors were handing out Prozac like candy in the 90's. "You got a little fatigue and stress", "Here take some Prozac, you probably are depressed"...I bet 50% of my coworkers were on it back then, it's probably only gotten worse...

You can't just be normal if you are fatigued or stressed or tired or a little unhappy anymore, there has to be an underlying mental condition according to these doctors so they can get you hooked on some kind of drug and their care.

Big pharma has to make their money too, keep the machine rolling...

A good friend passed away about 7 years ago [cigarette smoker] he came from a family who owned a brick/block/stone mason business. Dad/uncle/sons all hard workers.
His son & daughter refused to work, both started gaining huge poundage in middle school, morbidly obese by their freshman years in high school. Threw them out of the house son 23 yr. old, daughter 21, she shacked up with some guy, son was living in a camper.
His wife, an RN passed away 3 years ago, both kids look like beached whales.
Very confusing world we live in.

I wonder if always being on a device is bad for the brain. I have to fight my kids to get them yo unplug once in a while and go play.

My cousin is a pharmacist. He tells me that once a woman hits 35 it’s a rare one that isn’t on some kind of psyche medicine. It’s not new either, been that way for a long time.

Yes, it's different. Huge acceleration since 2008, the year the I-phone was introduced.

Those who sell the panic sell the cure.

Doesn’t matter if it’s the cold virus, proxy war in Europe or broads with anxiety issues.

And if you fell for covid at any level you’ve contributed to the problem.

Don't quit your day job for the mind reader gig. I don't think it will work out for you.
