I was introduced to a guy just last weekend, he has Parkinson, he had had a triple bypass, could barely walk around..was shocked to find out he was only five years older than me. At 68 he was a wreck, I felt bad for him.
As you age, how you take care of yourself really stands out.

I have several farm families I work cattle for that span 4 generations.
