It appears the driver of the car that plowed headlong into the column of LASD cadets in Whittier, was possibly loaded. He had marijuana in his car. Driver claimed he was just "sleepy," on his way to work. L.W. Judging by his name in the article, I'd also take a W.A.G. he is of Latin descent. Don't see what difference it makes though, unless he was an illegal.
