I like the Dales steak sauce.
Good for hamburger steaks.
Lea And Perrins used to make a steak sauce.
Haven’t seen it in the Walmarks lately, maybe they stopped making it.

I like horseradish, just not on prime rib and don't understand why anybody thinks the most expensive part of the beef needs hot sauce.

No sweat. I admit I come on strong in my rantings about hydrolyzed soy protein posing as soy sauce.  But honestly, I promise you can build a better version of that flavor profile by starting with real brewed soy sauce as a base and adding the ginger, garlic and whatever else I'm forgetting.

Why do almost all negroes get their steaks cooked welllllll done? Completely unrelated…. 😉 When I was a cook at a steakhouse we would get orders for a fillet, not only to be cooked extra well done, but also butterflied. It also seemed to be popular with those south of the border.

If it needs sauce to eat it just give it to the dog. There are sauces that are nice with steak that didn't strictly need sauce. Mmmm, a good Bearnaise is fantastic, with beef. Applesauce with pork. Mint sauce with fatty lamb. Complementary, not contrasting, for the most part.
