Wow, I had no idea Tennessee was not required to follow title 36 Code of Federal Regulations… Sure. LMAO..

Yeah, I don't think renegade has spent much time on federal land, he's gonna be shocked when he finds out.

TN has reciprocal land use agreements with fed properties for hunting and they all match the state seasons and regs.
Then we got bonus deer on places also when listed per that specific area.
Even the National wildlife refuges allow rifle hunts here.
Aka Cross Creek NWR and several others .
And Also throw in Land between the lakes.
Then throw in places in East TN also in NF.
And Gawd forbid Oak Ridge IIRC
And many other fed lands are open here in TN to Tn,s state wide season and regs.

Don't worry little fella.
I did the research and contact calls long ago.

So your gotcha attempt didn't getcha very much.
Like all the others who try it on me.

And your a Californian I'm betting.
Your lib tard states policies and fear and blind obedience to the feds don't fly in Tennessee..
We have politicians who ask on our behalf.
Long ago...
The only place around here off-limits to TN rifle season for deer is Elk Reservoir duck refuge and the The Tva steam plant property in Cumberland city...
And I researched the steam plant schit to get access to that and ran into a shut door per homeland security reasons post 911.
And it is patrolled by fed cops.

I used to buy and deliver reloading supplies to the prior region 2 head LE type.
You don't think I picked his brain????
LMFAO!!!

Gawd ....
I am in sooooooo many people's minds on here it is laughable.

Apparently TX isn't either. Maybe Title 36 needs to be re-read? Or perhaps the local Commander isn't doing their job properly?

It might appear you're mistaken???

Perhaps, if anyone is interested, these appear to be the pertinent sections of Title 36

Hmmmmm Geno....

Ya think those district commanders have good working relationships with certain states????

Geeeee.......

Actually before I left today.
I drug it about 40 yds to the creek and rolled it in.
About 2/3rds submerged now.
Been their since Sunday when I found it from whatever dickhead that shot it on Saturday.

Get it off the travel corridor.
To much fresh buck sign popping up in their to let it stay their.
I don't think the deer are spooked from it up to now.
But once that carcass got discovered by predators and scavengers it would fuuuuk up the spot more than likely.
So that's why I drug it to the creek.

Let the yotes work for it in the creek.
Don't need it drawing in yotes, buzzards, bobcats ect ect ect.
Best solution I could think off....

If TN did this as u say- TN has reciprocal land use agreements with fed properties for hunting and they all match the state seasons and regs.

Then that may supersede Title 36, however, if the land is managed by the COE then my statement stands and the only butt hurt one is you… I’m not aware of all State land use agreements, however I know Title 36 very well … 😉

It's about 2 weeks past peak rut here. Had my eye on a great 150ish clean 10. He chased does through my yard a couple of times but I've only seen him once since gun season. At least I know he made it through. Does are still real active, see them multiple times throughout the day, usually with a small basket 8. I only bowhunt deer. The weather has turned nice, 40s for highs. I've still got time.

Your gotcha ain't working for ya with me..
Your word salad spin ain't working for ya either with your innuendo "out" in it.

I layed out what I know is fact.
I got my schit straight on places to hunt long ago.
You obviously don't know district commanders work with some states and not others they can power trip in.
Which you obviously didn't read when you were pinging today, thinking you had something on me when you signed off and did Google fu and then came back on with your "nuggets of knowledge"....
Here is a pic of TWRA and COE signage post from abandoned COE lands the great state of TN reached agreements with long ago.
And made into PHA and WMA,s.....
And the COE/ Tn wma pha lands require no WMA permit like purely state Wma,s require....

And no I didn't steal the fuuuking signs .
They were taken off of blow downs, rotten logs, or rusted poles on the ground and cleared with the local game warden per ph call for me to keep in the mancave...

To be the man you gotta beat the man.
And very few have beaten me on here.
And the ones that have I totally respect.

I don't see or envision either scenario happening for you.....

Oh ok… instead of just saying TN has a land use agreement with the COE here in regards to hunting as an adult would do, you start acting like a 12 year old talkin crap….

It’s ok, nobody needs you’re approval or you’re respect. I’ve written numerous citations for what u obviously know nothing about except TN… Every single time it’s gone to court…. Guess who wins? ME. LMFAO

Keep trying harder…. 😂

Whatever...
All I have to know about is Tennessee.....
But hmmmm others posted links concerning other states also.
And you obviously didn't read about District Commanders decisions or agreements either.
Posters like you are a dime a dozen on here.
No one interacts or acknowledges them.
Then they try to build a little name for themselves in their mind by out of the blue challenging a known poster.

You jumped in the thread thinking you had a gotcha on me.
It didn't getcha anything.
And you saying whatever about whatever you claim to be.
Is not very believable at this point.
Anyone can say and spin whatever they are in the land of 1,s and 0,s......
You are grasping at straws for some sort of "win"...

You got your attention.

See you whenever with your case of simmering butthurt you just caught today...
Days weeks months years from now I'm sure you will pop back up out of the blue...
Simmering butthurters always do.

So grow a set of goddamm balls and call the Montgomery Co, Tn wildlife officer.

I gave a specific name of the Admin enforcement supervisor

If your little gotcha attempt means soooo much to you pick up the phone.

Otherwise, shut your piehole.

Seems that way.....
Fed type maybe...

Yet profile has zilch on it.
An enigma profile.....
Go figure.....
While most of our professional LE types active and retired don't hide it and don't allude thru innuendo playing games....

Uh huh.....

The tepee for the pretty Mohican is in a western suburb of Minneapolis Ghost… and the bucks are going hot and heavy there. Up in the north border country too few left due to wolves to get an accurate gauge.
