This is pretty much my go to, great on pretty much anything, especially red meat and pork. What’s yours?

Hell most of the time I don't even salt or pepper my pork steaks anymore. Occasionally, I'll use the Desert Heat dry rub I got on sale.

Lately, simple seasoning for my steaks has been fresh ground black pepper and the coarse ground version of Lawry's garlic salt

Salt, pepper, thyme. Sitting on some thick pork chops right now. On the grill in a bit.
I like it to diffuse for hours, if not overnight.

On pork chops I like garden variety Tony Chachere's, Prudhomme's Meat Magic or Prudhomme's Pork and Veal Magic.

Chicago steak seasoning on red meat. Lemon pepper and Cavender's Greek on chicken.

I often use this on just about any/everything. Great on beef, chicken, pork, fish.
Filled an empty Fiesta fajita seasoning jar.

I can like Chachere's on about any meat. Another good one I've found for pork is Good [bleep]. It's a bit sweet; too sweet IMO for beef. For beef, I can like a Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Never seen it higz. I’m generally a S&P guy, especially on steaks. This one seems to be a good balance

That's been my preference for awhile now, but I used to like Perini Ranch rub for steaks (mixed at home). I still like store bought blackening seasoning for chicken and pork though.

Badia Complete Seasoning covers a lot of neutral ground.

I've tried a lot of stuff, and I am convinced all you need on meat is salt, pepper, and garlic.
