Kentucky Gun Company is running some great deals, check out their deals on Tisas 1911s right now. A GI model is $319, and the Duty models (better sights, safeties, etc.) are $386, outstanding deals.
Some good deals on other stuff, plastic 9mms, etc., too. I only eyeballed the stuff I was interested in.

Yep. Mine showed up, yesterday. G10 grips, 2 mags, decent plastic case, fiberoptic front sight. Trigger pull not bad, either. Assuming it’s reliable, I’m plenty pleased with it. $650 at most other places. What’s the extra $20 off, of which you speak??

They’ve got a Tisas 45 1911 in black cerakote, for $319, as well. Yep. That’s the best value for any 1911. If you want a mill spec stock 1911. Love mine. Amazing CNC machining. No marks on mine whatsoever. Only thing I changed was to ditch the plastic grips for some nice wood.
