Thinking of getting my son a Tikka Left Hand 6.5CM. Unfortunately they don’t make a compact version in LH but I was thinking I could buy an aftermarket stock with reduced LOP until he grows into the full size stock. I’m not sure what’s available aftermarket in Tikka, but does anyone know if there’s LH replacement stock with reduced LOP that I wouldn’t have to go the full custom route?

You might be able to find a factory stock that you could cut down. I suspect factory synthetic stocks are pretty inexpensive.
There are 2 rules to success:
1. Never tell everything that you know.

I would just find a cheep factory stock, buy a slip over limsaver recoil pad and cut it to whatever length you seam appropriate currently.
You can pull the slip on pad off in the future and glue a spacer back into the stock if you need and then just slip the pad back on.
Most cost effective way I know to let a rifle grow with a kid.
Once they are finished growing just replace with the original factory stock or custom aftermarket and correct LOP
