Ok wife loves going to Mexico in the winter for a week I do nt mind but not my first choice
Anyhow been going to Riu in Cancun area and last trip it was over run by groids
Now I don’t mind black people but this trip the skank ass ladies doing pole dancing in the pool ( I’ve seen white girls do it too but they didn’t seem so skanky)the damn rap blaring and honestly the rudeness of them acting like they own the place just is too much to take Especially on a vacation. Heck they had a floor pretty much to one group and got asked to leave resort because of noise complaints
So any other good all inclusive places to try?

Go to Cozumel, rarely see a darkie over there. Occidental Grand, Iberia Star are fabulous

El Cid?? South of Cancun 15 minutes or so I believe.

Headed there in 6 weeks.

She has been 2x with friends and family. Says it's a pretty quiet resort.

As far as pools go I have been to Mexico a handful of times and only been to the pools twice. Too many yuppies and people afraid of the sand or ocean, I don't know which.

Last time we were about a hour and a half S of Cancun. Bahia Princip Hotel at Tulum.

I don't do Cancun.
If you jump over to Cabo, these places I can vouch for.

I bet the sheboons at Groid Beach mexico are at least 2 or 3 times bigger than the normal ones Sir Mix Alot had in his vid.

We’ve stayed at a couple all inclusive resorts years ago in Cabo when my wife would go there for work. We had some of our greatest times in Mexico on those trips. The ability to relax around the pools or beaches without being constantly accosted by the timeshare crap was great and the food and drinks were excellent. I think those might’ve been the few times that we’ve NOT gotten Montezuma's revenge.

I like the idea of all inclusive when in Mexico but unfortunately Mexico doesn’t hold the allure it once held.

In any case I hope you both have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable time wherever you go.

Not sure that's the best place to avoid groids.

Save the troubles and go to Costa Rica.

IA_fog: I have always avoided "mexican" vacations - never been on one. Don't want to for political and safety reasons.
The ONE exception was the VarmintWife and I were on an extended Caribbean Cruise and our cruise ship stopped at the mexican island of Cozumel for ONE day - and the snorkeling, beaches, sites and laid back atmosphere actually impressed me/us a lot.
Your desire for "all inclusive" apparently does NOT include folks of African descent?
Just funnin ya - you can spend "yo monay" in, around and with whom'st ever you wish!
I know I do.
Enjoy the sun and watch for Barracuda as I had a bit of a run-in with a giant one there in Cozumel!
Buy some "black corral" while you are there - I wish I had bought more of it.

Try the Barcelos on the Riviera Maya - Been there a number of times and enjoyed it. Try the Palace if you spend a touch more or the Tropical on a Budget. The Bahias are good too. Takes about 45 minutes to get there but you are away from the Cancun madness/crowd.
For Black Friday/Cyber Monday, the Barcelos and Bahias are having a great sale. Get on their sites for the details but up to 55% off bookings for this Spring and if you register on their site, and additional 10-15% off. Just booked 10 days in Punta Cana Barcelo for 55% off - $1300!! The sale is for their resorts in many locations, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, etc

We have had good experiences along playa del Carmen, maybe six different all inclusives, did Xmas there last year. Very peaceful, I must not see black people... though the fraternity crowd was somewhat annoying. We had a private room on our own lazy river so the foam party hip hop crowd did there thing. The mechanical bull pool side was entertaining.

We did not find the extra travel to cozemel worth the benefit, but that maybe just us. We did not fly into cozemel, but shuttled to playa and took ferry across.

Aruba and Curacao may be more to your liking. No travel advisories. https://travelmaps.state.gov/TSGMap/
