Who does this at a high level (Greg Tannel is no longer doing it because he's swamped making firing pins and such). I've heard that a lot of guys do this particular job, but few do it right. Any recommendations? TIA.

Firing pin hole in what? A single shot guru won't feel like doing a bolt gun, and vice-versa. And neither will be inclined to mess with an AR, and vice-versa. Generally speaking.
