A dope dealer with a long rap sheet in the town where I graduated from high school was found in his pickup- - - -about 30 feet deep in a lake off the end of a boat launching ramp. One of the local cops I had a conversation with shortly afterwards called it a "public service murder". I don't think they were looking very hard to find the people responsible for his demise.
