Fed ex is in control of FedEx express. Fed ex ground routes are sub contracted owners for the most part. As a route owner there are privacy laws that prevent you from accessing prospective workers records. I would think those same privacy laws apply to Fed Ex corporate. I’m not making excuses, just pointing out the obvious isn’t always obvious. Tragedy here. Fry the guy
