It sounds like FedEx cooperated with the investigation and provided information (probably GPS data) that helped with the arrest.

Let's blame the monster, not his employer.

Heck no, this POS deserves the slow and painful trip not the mercy of a fast exit!

Absolutely, but it's a question worth asking. Did Fed Ex have any knowledge of this guy's propensity? Was he a known perv?

He's a freaky looking guy. The death penalty is a joke. They need to just turn him out in the general population, pull the guards out for an hour, and let nature take it's course.

Only where appropriate. He did carry out his crime while on the Fed Ex clock, so the question shouldn't be entirely ignored, e.g., if Fed Ex is in the habit of hiring people who are known pervs.

Have a trial
If found guilty, allow an appeal if desired
If he loses the appeal, execute.
Time line, all within six months.

MPat70, you & I think alike, ''slow and painful'' my meaning of slow = torture for 20 years or more if the SOB can be kept alive.

Fed ex is in control of FedEx express. Fed ex ground routes are sub contracted owners for the most part. As a route owner there are privacy laws that prevent you from accessing prospective workers records. I would think those same privacy laws apply to Fed Ex corporate.
I’m not making excuses, just pointing out the obvious isn’t always obvious.
Tragedy here.
Fry the guy
