A few years ago my wife and I took a trip to Chicago. She had lived there for a few years and said we had to stop at the Spice House. I thought what's so great about a spice store? Well she had to drag me out of there an hour later. That place is fantastic! Recently placed an order and one of the items I got was this Italian Steak Seasoning. Absolutely the best on steaks. 2 Tbsp table salt and a bottle of good-tasting drinking water is my favorite "simple" seasoning. Works damn great on chuck roast.

I grabbed a couple New York steaks on my way home from work this afternoon. Drizzled some EVOO and then hit the steaks aggressively with the seasoning. Grilled to medium rare. I was definitely impressed with the seasoning. I’ll be ordering more for sure

Drizzled some EVOO and then hit the steaks aggressively with the seasoning. Grilled to medium rare. I was definitely impressed with the seasoning. Never seen it higz. I’m generally a S&P guy, especially on steaks. This one seems to be a good balance Judman, Winco sells the Cavender's. Brother, Albertsons and Wally world has it here. Safeway maybe too.
