Ran across an interesting Ruger today, an older 77 tang safety in .30-06. Prefix was 772-, so should have been a '90 model. What was interesting about the rifle, it was a UL model with pencil/lightweight barrel and express style rifle sights. I am not sure what the barrel length was, but assume either 18.5 or 20". It was a really lightweight setup, with a black recoil pad.

Any ideas what the model number would be on this one, and how rare are they? Sorry, no pics...
