I was at a local gun show yesterday and two different sellers had Model 12 Winchesters with what they said were factory saddle rings. Did Winchester ever offer a saddle ring option on their Model 12 Shotgun?

I saw a Winchester Model 12 Skeet 12 gauge today. Only the second Skeet Model 12 I have ever encountered.

"Skeet" as in skeet grade gun, so stamped on a prewar receiver? As a skeet (purposed) gun, with WS1 or WS2 choke-stamp? Or was it a post-64 with "skeet" choke stamp?
