Wondering if anyone can point me towards some good 416 hoff reloading info?
Also experienced qual-cart users, worth it?
Lastly does anyone have a set of CH4D die’s for the caliber? That was my first direction for looking…
I’ve also thought of using Redding bushing die’s 375hh and setting up, would that be prudent?

If anyone has an extra set of die’s collecting dust and would like a new home for them please let me know. Excited to try the caliber!

Isn’t the Hoffman a full length H&H case blown out with a small shoulder and short neck? The case capacity should be very similar to the 416 Rem case and data should interchange. Starting loads and your chrono can let you get where you want.

use 416 Rem data, they're near identical. I think you can even fire 416 Rem in a 416 Hof but not vice-versa

Yeah I read that last night, I’ll check that out. Die’s are going to be the interesting one.

Custom dies? Shooting 416 RM will also fireform the brass to the chamber of the Hoffman.

I remember Craig Boddington had one back in the day on a 700 action that weighed around 6 pounds. Said it was the kickin-est MF'er he'd ever shot. Ya think?
