Grandson Logan nailed his first deer this morning! About 60-70 yds spined her! .223 Rem. He was happy! š (I stuck her down low)

Der Letzte Bissen. The last bite. Or the last meat. An offering to the animal to start him on his journey. A way to honor an animal taken ethically and your appreciation of the animal. I know it sounds hokey to some. But itās a big deal many places. I think it instills a bit more to the hunter than just shooting an animal. Least this is what it means to me.

Not hokey at all - if I may adopt this Iād like to. My 9 year old is just getting started hunting and this is the message that will remind not only her but myself as well about properly honoring a life. Thanks for sharing! Pints
