I've got a few pounds too and all I've done so far is slice and eat with eggs.
I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

One of my favorite diners is Mule Deer Hot Italian Sausage Pizza. I take the sausage out of the casing and drop pieces of it throughout the pizza top, with green peppers, onions and black olives. ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/gaIhWuv.jpg)

What kind of "deer sausage?" 60/40 deer pork garlic sausage. I could grill them, I could cut them up for sausage and peppers, I could do lots of things like I would with regular sausage. Looking for something different.
