It ain't every day that I get a new blade in and immediately get to put it to work. Bought this Nicholas Smith boner from Uncle Vinny and it showed up today just when I had 2 antelope hunters. Went to the PO to pick it up while the intrepid nimrods were going after their doe antelopes. When I got back, they had 2 damage tags filled. So natcherly, I put it right to work.....

Have 4 more hunters thru this weekend, so it's not done on meat yet......
Impressive grinds and workmanship, hella good blade.

Got the Parsons sheath oiled-up/darkened. I don't know what kind of sealer Larry uses, but it's a real bish to get it to take on oil thru it....

I like that, but kinda partial to green as well. RickyBobby is doing a small boner for me and think I’m going with something like yours.

How’s the ticker?

Ticker seems to have evened out since the ablation. Doing good since, with no more setbacks and ER visits. Don't even have a follow-up until March.....

My one and only Parson's sheath is the only sheath I have that doesn't hold the knife worth a damn.
