My favorite jerky recipe is to marinate in the following: 1/3C Soy sauce 1/3C Teriyake 1/3C Worcestershire sauce 1T Onion powder 1T Garlic powder 1T Sea salt 1T Coarse black pepper Marinate overnight and smoke with Alderwood, if not smoking I add 1T Liquid Smoke and dry in the oven at lowest setting.

I call this my “Mathman’s Fav”
2 bottles of tiger sauce 1 bottle of Allegro Zesty marinade
Soak a couple days.
Once in dehydrator, dust with cavenders and favorite cajun seasoning.
