Tarquin, you are correct....I've said this before, and it is just for your info....I have noticed that atheists, who profess a desire for rational debate, often degenerate their own arguments into accusations and insults. When this happens, it means they have nothing rational to offer.
I've learned to just put them on ignore and move on...
I agree 100%. The response of DBT and Mauser are just ineffectual flailing; they've nothing left but insults and they've become a laughing stock. I'm still waiting for DBT to tell us why his moral position is objectively right. He won't because he can't but; all he can do is call names.

Years ago I had a friend that was atheist and in our religious discussions she stated that in her faith as an atheist, the number one rule told to her was that in a discussion with a Christian, never ever let the Christian have the last comment/discussion...she called it "Atheistic Last Word-itis".

Social media is the platform that made it easier to implement. Ubiquitous smart phones sped up the process. Hollyweird and the associated media outlets have been more than happy to reinforce the messaging.
