Honey, soy, ginger & garlic pork & udon noodles;
Sauce, roughly based on this recipe:
Ingredients
2 tablespoons
grated chopped fresh ginger
6 3 cloves garlic, finely minced (there is garlic in the sambal)
6 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed Replaced with 2 tablespoons honey, from our property
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
N.B. Added 2 tablespoons of thick teriyaki sauce, 1 heaping tablespoon of sambal oelek & juice of half a lime, to brighten & suit our palettes.
