Do you like with cottidge cheess? I don't cook much and I am not a daygo, but authentic daygos have told me that cottage cheese does not belong in lasagna. Rigot is what goes in there.

Skip the cottage cheese, ricotta only. As many layers as you want to fill the pan. Ricotta gets grainy. Cottage gets creamy.
