I understand the difference and looked over some reports but what is yalls opinion? This is for adorable binoculars under $500.

The Celestron TrailSeaker ED was the best rated mid range binocular of the 15 models tested by a birdwatching group. They rated them better than higher priced binos under $500. Those would be my choice, especially at that price.


My other auto is a .45

I wish there was standardized resolution, brightness, aberration, and light transmission percentages required to advertise glass as HD, ED, super ED, etc.


I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

I want the 8x42 in the Celestron TrailSeaker ED but they want over $100 more so the 10x42 will be my choice
