.... It seems he did exactly that.

Does not appear to be true. Can threaten deadly force but can't use deadly force unless there is a threat of deadly force (have to link from 13-407 back to 13-405).

AZ defense of premises

It sounded like it was too loose a standard. Interesting.

Well, he might be fugged, but he will get an Arizona jury at least should it come to that.

I wonder why there aren't more incidents like that along the Mexican border. Maybe the old practice of SSS is more prevalent than I realize.

Rancher 73...... illegal in 40s, disparity in age and physically possibly? Personally all illegals should be shot, its a felony and they're a drain on our country, culturally and financially. Come here legally or not at all.

His ranch is pretty near the border. If he gets out on bail and goes home ...

Damn. He's going to need some people to come and stay with him.

How? They live in cartel land...and just over that fence is freedom...

Would you not cross to feed your wife and kids?
I’ve read several stories of small towns in Mexico that went vigilante and cleaned up their towns. It’s just easier to head north for all the taxpayer freebies. Hasbeen

Nice try.

Would you cross a fence to give your wife and kids food, freedom, education?

There was no question. It was an observation.
