If he were a Democrat, it would be a non issue as far as they're concerned. However, with that being said, the GOP has enough baggage as is, and doesn't need any more. He should do the right thing and resign.

Why should he resign? Because he lied? Seems like lying is "status quo" to be a member of congress.

He's not our problem. He is the problem for the voters in his district. I don't care. But, you can bet if he were a democRAT he'd be as safe as a baby in the Arms of Christ.

He's new at this game. Just needs more time to hone his lying skills.

I say let him stay. Nothing he did is any worse than the [bleep] pulled by dhimmicrats like Omar, or that spanish girl that causes so much trouble, or even Elizabeth Warren. (better known as fauxcahontus)

Hell, start ballot harvesting, start claiming dead votes. Who gives a chit at this point. What we have learned is demonrats will do anything to stay in power. Time for the repubs to match that energy

Why should he resign? Because he lied? Seems like lying is "status quo" to be a member of congress. Exactly, if lying gats one kicked out of office then Biden should be first on the list. If he is going to be removed, it’s up to the people that elected him to make that happen.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

That’s up to his constituents. He hasn’t so far topped Richard Blumenthal’s claim of fighting in Vietnam, and that SOB is still in office.

SHOULD STAY.
When the court case was lost on candidates telling the truth. The lying stepped up, the judge indicated that it is up to th e voter to figure out what is truthful or not.
Second if he were to resign the governor would appoint a democrat. And i know you all know that they always tell the truth.

Remember why, specifically, the Bill of Rights was written...remember its purpose. It was written to limit the power of government over the individual.
There is no believing a liar, even when he speaks the truth.

It's sad to say that lying has become the status quo in modern politics and media. It is amazing that this has become acceptable. However, with a compliant media perpetuating and facilitating the effectiveness of it, there really should be no surprise. It's very sad and a shame actually.

Leave him out of any meaningful committees / responsibilities. Let his constituents primary him next go round.
Damage is done, why fugg it up more and give it away to a Democrat in special election?

Although I have no use for, buts great disdain for, a liar - Unfortunately he's put us back into the category of "lesser of two evils".

He must go. His actions cast a pall over the entire house. There is no room on either side for a LIAR.

Not yet unless they pass a resolution to expel all members who are caught in a lie. Then the purge can begin.
