If you find the magic potion message me. I lost like 35 pounds when illness and cancer worked me over. Kept about 20 off for good. But I lost meat in bad places. Cause now my butt looks like two stacks of half cooked pancakes. Beat the cancer? Yes sir, so far. Had kidney, prostate and colon diagnosed in 14 months. 3 surgeries, radiation, major hernia repair due to the other surgeries. None had exited the affected organ; no metastasis. Surgeries were 2017-2019. All labs and exams have been negative as of now. It was pure serendipity the renal cell was found. Prostate was discovered at a routine physical with labs. Colonoscopy was done after the first two surgeries and the cancerous lesion was discovered. God has a plan. Gave it to Him to decide if there was something else I could accomplish for good, or was it time to go. I’m still here. Thanks for asking. Good Deal!

Tilt you head back to look straight up at the ceiling.
Try and move your chin up towards the ceiling.
This will stretch/work the muscles under the skin.
For the skin itself, point your diet towards foods high in collagen, and protein.
Vitamin E.
Give it time.

How do you tighten or get rid of the loose skin, in my case mainly on my neck under my chin? Lift heavy weights and build muscle. Easier said than done but it'll help. Working on that. From the photo it doesn't look like you've lost much in the face. Older folks faces always seem to appear sickly when they lose weight.

I don t know about the under chin/neck skin,but i've lost 110# in the last year,have loose stomach skin hanging,it s not going away.There is a six pack under there somewhere,lol.Will need surgery if i decide to fix it.

I don t know about the under chin/neck skin,but i've lost 110# in the last year,have loose stomach skin hanging,it s not going away.There is a six pack under there somewhere,lol.Will need surgery if i decide to fix it. The old “Six Pack in a Gunny Sack” deal. Still better than the extra pounds.

How do you tighten or get rid of the loose skin, in my case mainly on my neck under my chin? Depending on your age and how much weight you lost. I lost about 90 pounds and my dr would like me to lose another 20 to 30 pounds. After the 90 pounds you have excess skin. The only way to remove it after you get older is to have it removed by surgery. I have had to have the excess skin above my eyes removed as it was blocking more that 50% of my vision if i looked straight ahead. I always had to have my head up to see.
