I have a Contender carbine in 375.Never found 220s when I was looking for them so went with 200 Sierras and R7. I got 2060 fps with 35 grains as I recall.

200 grain bullets and enough AA1680...to hit 2350fps

220 Hornady and enough RL7 to hit 2100fps

255 Barnes O and enough RL 7 to hit 1940fps
