Hahaha! I teach food studies to special needs high school students. Just ordered me up an Accusharp last night. Sharpening 25 chef’s knives at a time is no chore I look forward too:)

Gonna damn sure show this video to the kids when I am teaching them to use it.

Gotta keep the metal shavings outta the cheese:)

Even if I just run a steel over a knife I always rub the blade down with a soft cloth prior to using.

That's why you don't need to use a POS tungsten wheel on a knife that's worth a [bleep]. The video should be called," Why not to use a tungsten wheel sharpener".

Yeah.

That was the point of my posting the video, not cleaning the blade before you cut into cheese.
