I've got a Bausch & Lomb Balvar 1.5x6x20mm that has been good but now suspect it has problems,it's probably 25 years old. Does anyone work on this model or is it even worth fixing? Thanks

Check with Bushnell, they bought the B&L line of scopes in 1971.
I don't know who would work on them, but I know that Ironsight, Inc., in Tulsa doesn't.

Those were pretty good scopes and IMO worth fixing within reason on price.

They were always very tough scopes, but the adjustments were at best Sluggish. 30 years old now.
Anybody who seriously concerns themselves with the adequacy of a Big 7mm for anything we hunt here short of brown bear, is a dufus. They are mostly making shidt up. Crunch! Nite-nite!
