Does anyone know who makes internal/ parts for a 700 style DBM? Can't seem to find (factory or replacement) replacement parts for them.

The 700 DBM was not a popular model. One reason for this it the fact that the action rails had to be milled to accept the magazine.
If it is just the magazine you want, I suggest you palce an ad in the Classifieds - and look at Gunbroker and Ebay.
