Came out from under a rock! lol
Had my tractor in my neighbor’s shop and used his to grease the FEL.
Just ordered a dewalt since I have a bunch of batteries and 2 chargers.
Am I the last guy to get one?

I have a compressed air one. Didn't seem to work well, but it was a cheap Harbor Frieght one.

Awhile back, I ordered and tried on of those devices that claim they won't pop off a zirk and guaranteed to open clogged zirk .Don't waste your money

No more balancing to work the lever or having the hose pop off the zerk. Yay. Just bought one (dewalt) last summer for all the zerks on my tractor. I put it off for awhile because of the price tag, but damn it’s a handy tool. Love it.

Don't have that much to grease anymore, the pistol grip ones I always used
are fine.
If I was crawling on equipment, under trucks...I'd want one.

We have two Lincolns and a Milwaukee. The Lincoln batteries were getting old. So I bought a Milwaukee to use with our other batteries. The Milwaukee seems to have more oomph.
One gun has a lock n lube coupler on it. It's really works for stubborn fittings, but doesn't work if the fittings in a tight spot.

From that I got the impression you were having trouble with your old one staying on, which the new powered one remedied without having to manually keep it on the zerk. I thought maybe it came with one of those locking couplers. Apparently not? What's the special coupler they have to hold them on the zerk? A hand?

It does not have a locker, but available. They’re $33. 4 of the fittings on the FEL are recessed and I’m not sure the locker would fit.

I still don't have one. I have 4-5 grease guns that stay loaded with different stuff. Marine, wheel bearing, multipurpose, and some good stuff for ujoints.
I don't want to pay for 4 of the damn things, but I could see how one would be very handy.
