The better bullets in 348 WCF are the Hornady 200, the Alaska Kodiak 250s, along with
the difficult to find North Fork 230s.
Dont forget Hawk and Fury Bullets in Michigan. Fury has a nice 220 gr bullet.

Sizing down 358 bullets is labor intensive and may increase pressures. Lever action rifles have no patience
with pressure experimentation.
Stick to the SAAMI and factory loading recommendations with good bullets.

I've had zero luck sizing down 358 bullets. I just bought 100 more of the Fury 220s. They perform beyond my expectations.
