1 can of Cream of Mushroom, 1 pound of shredded cheddar, and a bag of frozen tater tot’s all mixed in a casserole with a whole skirt steak.

I tried Shake and Bake on one. It came out pretty good.There are several different flavors now.

Google “Alton Brown skirt steak”. He puts his directly on hot coals but I just use a hot Weber. The marinade makes great Fajitas
