Well done Karl, Nice touch,

But, thinking maybe I should have had him flute the bolt knob also?

It ever ends……………..

Yup, Karl does really nice work and IMHO does the cleanest bolt fluting I've seen. He did my Tikka SL and I also had him put on one of his Campfire bolt knobs.

Some of the newer Tikka's have the fluted bolts and I really like them. Nice touch for sure and Karl does excellent work. I wouldn't fret the bolt knob, as the bolt handles are extremely easy to replace on your own and there are many options to choose from out there that would go well with your new fluted bolt. Nice looking rifle there.

Congrats, you paid 80 bucks to make it easier for debris to get inside your action.

Should've put the $$ towards a decent scope and rings.

Nice. How does your 6.5 shoot?

Just picked up one myself in same make/model/cartridge, but only shot one box of the cheapest factory ammo to make sure it functions and shows some promise, before it got dropped off for a barrel cut and thread.

No I think the real issue is you can't spell creedmoor.

I used LRI yrs ago and realized it was a waste of money, first hand. But keep showing your azz.

No finer fluting work than Kampfeld Custom. Others try but miss. Fluting jobs by others seem to have chatter in the valley of the flutes. Looks good.
