May have a couple more coming up in a day or two.... Reference "last of the Mohicans" and possibly "it dates from JFK's presidency backwards"
Stay tuned . . .

I am selling a model 70 (pre 64) 30.06 government. This rifle is a safe queen, and was sired in 1941. It is around 90% fit and finish. Will start bugging lronbender for pictures soon. Will be asking $2,400 for this one. One heck of a classic, Alaskan gem! Also will be re-homing a 90% + Remington mod 660 mowhawk in 6.5 rem magnum. This one will be going for $1,495. It wil come with 80 pieces of new brass, and any bullets i have for it. May throw a decent model 600 in 350 rem magnum into the mix tomorrow. Will see then. . .

Just my stupid opinion, I think we should do more of this locally.
ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).

I often see items on 24 classifieds that interest me but shipping costs especially for powder etc is exorbitant and slow. I've also missed out on deals because many subscribers don't have their state listed with avatar.

And for the record, I agree. Needs to be more swap and sell locally. I've put enough FedEx employees kids through college.

Not only to buy/sell amongst 24 CF Alaskans but for transferring items
It's astounding how much ammo and components KP folks buy from Granite View Sports and have me send down with friends frequently.

At the advice of my attorney. . . Red, photographer, I will split up the two long guns into separate posts. Should make it easier for all... Starting . . . . now
