Slice an onion thick and cook the egg in a ring. Adds flavor too.

I like my eggs fried so the white is entirely solid and the yoke is entirely liquid. That said, if someone else is fixing them for me and they're a little overcooked, I shut up and eat them, don't whine a cry like an entitled little prince.

eggs over medium, buttermilk biscuit, fig preserves, venison sausage. eggs cooked in 8 inch skillet with butter or bacon grease.

Ol lady uses a 1 quart Mason jar ring for perfectly round. Sits in the skillet with the lip up, make sure too butter or oil the inside of the ring so the egg doesn't stick.
