Canadian breakfast sausage is missing. It's allows in links. At least here in BC.

The Yanks use to do breakfast much better than us Canucks. We had an English breakfast in Jo'burg airport between flights, it was damm good. We tried it again in Heathrow, again between flights, very disappointing .

I’ve been making my own back bacon. So easy and so good. I’ve been using brown sugar and a little less salt.

I agree with you Coyote brand pancake mix is special. It's an Alberta product. We see it sometimes here in BC. Another Alberta product is Sunny Boy porridge . I found it at the Co-Op. It's like the Red River Cereal, which sadly is no more. How can you hunt without good porridge in the morning ?

I am told that Canada is nearby, although very little is known about it...or it's inhabitants. To us the unwashed and uninformed...one would expect to see things like beaver bites, moose munchin's, caribou crusty tarts, Saskatchewan Sealskin rollups. I am amazed at the Canuckian bland diet evidenced above. Apparently Red Green cannot be relied on.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

I thought every Canadien breakfast had to have one of these in it.

I have a neighbour that has one or two of those as standard fare every morning for breakfast --- surprised the heck out out of me one day when I was invited over.

I would agree with the bland diet comment. Some years back we were traveling through Denver and stopped at a family restaurant in the suburbs for breakfast. We were surprised at the Mexican style breakfast most of the dinners were having. This was not an ethnic restaurant, nor did the patrons seem ethic.

I was visiting a friend in Montreal for a funeral We all drank till pretty late. At 5:30 AM i hear a gush noise, his uncle was opening a can of Labatts. I looked at him and he just said "wettin the wings" of the butterflies .
