Topped with vanilla bean heavy cream (whipped) & seasonal fruits. Very difficult to make well ! While I truly admire the elegance and presentation of some of these dishes (especially the Mousse and Pavlova), I can't bring myself to making that much effort. (I lie, I'll end up trying them when I have available time) Baked pear with some Blue Bell vanilla ice cream and I'm napping after a meal, just fine.
